Well, so ok, apparently Chrissie Hynde did play a red Telecaster on occasion, amongst all her other-colored ones. I remembered seeing a video of her with one that must've looked pretty cool, because I bought one many years ago, thinking of that.
Otherwise, it's a funny block of painted wood with little metal strings on it, ain't it.
